Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients during the night shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
Perform regular patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Document patient care, observations and communications clearly and promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent patient care
Respond effectively to emergencies and escalating clinical needs
Support patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — ready to practice
Local candidates only (LOCAL ONLY) — must be within commuting distance of Albuquerque
Ability to work assigned nights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) and commit to the 9-week assignment
Comfortable working a 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM shift with a 30-minute meal break
Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / vocational nursing program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Effective communication with patients, families and care teams
Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
Basic clinical procedures typical for LPN practice
