Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to patients using established protocols and safety standards
- Operate and maintain linear accelerators such as TrueBeam and Trilogy with attention to accuracy
- Use ARIA to document treatments, update charts, and coordinate care with the oncology team
- Position patients accurately and compassionately, providing clear explanations and support throughout treatment
- Perform daily quality assurance checks and report any equipment or treatment deviations promptly
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to optimize patient care plans
- Promote radiation safety practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Ohio license (LRTT) required
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RTT) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience required
- Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and ARIA strongly preferred
- Available for the contract period starting 2026-03-02 through 2026-06-01
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency operating linear accelerators (TrueBeam, Trilogy)
- Familiarity with ARIA treatment documentation and patient charting
- Strong patient positioning and immobilization techniques
- Solid understanding of radiation safety and QA procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
