Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to patients using established protocols and safety standards
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators such as TrueBeam and Trilogy with attention to accuracy
• Use ARIA to document treatments, update charts, and coordinate care with the oncology team
• Position patients accurately and compassionately, providing clear explanations and support throughout treatment
• Perform daily quality assurance checks and report any equipment or treatment deviations promptly
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to optimize patient care plans
• Promote radiation safety practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Ohio license (LRTT) required
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RTT) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience required
• Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and ARIA strongly preferred
• Available for the contract period starting 2026-03-02 through 2026-06-01

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency operating linear accelerators (TrueBeam, Trilogy)
• Familiarity with ARIA treatment documentation and patient charting
• Strong patient positioning and immobilization techniques
• Solid understanding of radiation safety and QA procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
