Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that restore function and reduce pain
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services with a patient-first approach
- Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and track outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and realistic recovery goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support quality care and continuity
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

- Patient evaluation and assessment techniques
- Treatment planning and progression in outpatient settings
- Clinical documentation best practices
- Patient and family education strategies
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
