Shift Type: Rotating shifts (day/night): mix of 8-, 10-, 12-, 16- and 24-hour shifts; weekday on-call Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (approximately every six weeks); quarterly weekend call rotation covering Friday–Sunday as primary/secondary backup

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad case mix including general, regional, OB, transplant, trauma, and NORA procedures
- Perform regional anesthesia and nerve blocks with precision and attention to patient comfort
- Serve on the on-call team, responding to weekday night calls and quarterly weekend coverage as assigned
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards
- Contribute to a professional, supportive workplace and assist in mentoring new graduates
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Able and willing to participate in on-call rotations including nights and quarterly weekends
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Locum tenens providers are not accepted for this role
Knowledge & Skills
- Regional anesthesia and a variety of regional blocks
- Obstetric anesthesia and care for OB ORs
- Trauma and transplant anesthesia experience
- NORA procedures and perioperative care across multiple OR and procedural suites
- Comfort with varied shift lengths and on-call responsibilities
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered approach
