Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care in accordance with facility policies
• Perform required competency testing including Trinity specialty assessments and skills checklists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatments
• Verify and maintain required licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care
• Adhere to required personal health and screening protocols such as fit testing, drug screen, and immunizations

Qualifications

• Active RN license with license and certificate verification required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• TNCC certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Ability to complete Trinity specialty competency testing and Trinity skills checklist
• Completion of required personal health screenings including fit test, Trinity 10 panel drug screen, physical/health statement, COVID-19 vaccine and other listed immunizations

Knowledge & Skills

• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist familiarity
• License and certificate verification processes
• BLS and ACLS protocols and emergency response
• Trauma nursing principles as reflected by TNCC
• Stroke assessment and NIHSS proficiency
• Adherence to facility personal health and screening requirements
