Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and throughout their stay using focused history, vital signs, labs, and diagnostic data
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide skilled MS/Telemetry and PCU nursing interventions to monitor and manage patient status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document all care accurately
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans to support recovery
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seamless, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (required)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong MS/Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree required

• Vital signs monitoring and early recognition of clinical changes
• Interpretation of labs and diagnostic tests
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for medication dosing and clinical calculations
