Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform instruction and services
• Develop, write, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and school teams
• Provide data-driven behavioral interventions and progress monitoring to support student success
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design classroom strategies and accommodations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to eligibility and placement decisions
• Deliver direct counseling and short-term interventions when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation, timely reports, and clear communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado School Psychologist license (required)
• Experience working with K-12 students across multiple school settings and grade levels
• Available for an in-person, full-time assignment (37.5 hours/week) for the 2026-2027 school year
• Willingness to work district-wide supporting multiple schools
• Provide 3 professional references with your submittal (name, title, phone, email) — two must be supervisory

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in psychoeducational assessment and interpretation
• Knowledgeable in IEP development, IDEA regulations, and special education processes
• Strong consultation and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Competent in designing and monitoring behavioral interventions
• Clear written and verbal communication for reports and meetings
• Comfortable managing caseloads and coordinating across multiple school sites
