Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum, patient-centered Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Deliver approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week while maintaining high-quality care
• Empanel patients quickly and build lasting patient-physician relationships
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support continuity and access
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Lead and contribute to development of patient care strategies that improve access and outcomes
• Work with available lab and imaging services to provide comprehensive, coordinated care

Qualifications

• Completion of a Family Medicine residency (Residency completion required)
• Board Eligible (must finish residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates
• No visa sponsorship available (cannot accept visa candidates)
• Enthusiasm for team-based, patient-centered care and community-focused practice

Education

• Completion of Family Medicine residency
• Board Eligible (must finish residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Knowledge & Skills

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine clinical skills and preventive care
• Experience or comfort with patient empanelment and longitudinal care
• Ability to collaborate in a physician-led team and support advanced practice providers
• Competence coordinating care with nearby lab and imaging services
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and commitment to improving access to care
