Candidate Pay Rate: $50 - $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, recognizing and responding to dysrhythmias quickly
- Interpret telemetry strips and promptly communicate significant changes to providers
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and timely reassessments to guide care plans
- Document patient status and interventions clearly and accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (compact accepted)
- Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience — Med/Surg and Telemetry experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Comfortable with night shift scheduling and clinical decision-making in acute care settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry interpretation and cardiac rhythm recognition
- Solid Med/Surg nursing skills for adult and geriatric populations
- Vital sign monitoring and assessment expertise
- Proficient clinical documentation and EHR use
- Effective communication with patients, families, and providers
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and time management on busy shifts
