Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per facility policy
- Monitor and report changes in condition to ensure timely interventions
- Document care clearly and thoroughly to support continuity across the team
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and staff to deliver coordinated care
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life every shift
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift
- Local candidates preferred (LOCAL ONLY) — reliable commute to Seaford Center
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
- Safe medication administration and accurate documentation
- Clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
- Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork
- Comfortable working in a long-term care/center environment
