Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, safe nursing care to patients on your unit
• Perform thorough assessments and document findings clearly and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans
• Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license (appropriate to practice in New Hampshire) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications welcome
• Previous bedside nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• LPN: Diploma or practical nursing program graduate
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Proficient documentation and charting practices
• Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
