Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for residents at Pine Point Center
• Perform thorough assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility protocols
• Document clinical care and observations clearly and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential (LPN or RN) in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe patient care and follow facility policies
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate bedside manner
• Willingness to work the scheduled day shift hours; ability to pass background and health screenings

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Solid clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize care
• Skilled in documentation and electronic medical record charting
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a full shift while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety
