Shift Type: Rotating shifts: alternating weeks of 36 hours and 48 hours (schedule varies). Shift times vary and may include day and night coverage; New Employee Orientation occurs Tuesdays and Wednesdays for all new hires.

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT and general radiographic examinations for patients from newborns through geriatrics
- Operate CT equipment and perform CT angiograms with attention to image quality and patient safety
- Deliver compassionate patient care, including preparation, positioning, and monitoring during imaging
- Contribute to smooth imaging department operations and assist with front-desk/reception duties as needed
- Maintain accurate electronic records and imaging documentation using department computer systems
- Follow infection control, radiation safety, and departmental protocols to protect patients and staff
- Participate in orientation, competency testing, and ongoing training to maintain licensure and skills
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program (required)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required
- CT registered or CT board eligible
- Minimum two years post-graduate radiologic experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge and experience with CT angiograms
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a busy, variable schedule
- Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic imaging systems
- Must provide required onboarding documents: photo ID, SSN card, professional license/certification, education/transcripts, background check and recent drug screen, fit test/physical, references
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program (AS or equivalent)
Knowledge & Skills
- Radiography fundamentals and advanced CT imaging techniques
- Computed Tomography (CT) operation and protocol selection
- CT angiogram acquisition and vascular imaging knowledge
- Strong patient care skills across all age groups
- Ability to manage imaging department operations and multitask between clinical and receptionist duties
- Proficient with computers and electronic medical/imaging records
- Sound understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices
