Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Days, 4x10-hour day shifts (10 hours each; exact start/end times vary by schedule). Call rotation includes Monday-Friday call 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM and weekend call coverage (24-hour blocks) approximately 1 weekend per 4-week period. Shift type: day with scheduled call/overnight coverage.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Control the C-arm and imaging equipment during procedures to ensure crisp, diagnostic images
- Scrub and assist physicians during cardiac and vascular cases, maintaining sterile technique
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring hemodynamics
- Operate Philips X-ray systems and document imaging and procedure details in Cerner and Merge
- Support the team on call, responding within established response times and providing timely patient care
- Maintain equipment readiness and participate in unit orientation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- AZRT state registration required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cardiac cases
- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience preferred
- Comfortable with pacemaker insertions, peripheral vascular procedures, STEMI/NSTEMI care
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of cardiac catheterization and Cath Lab procedures
- Hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation in the procedural setting
- Proficiency with C-arm operation and Philips X-ray systems
- Scrubbing technique and sterile field management during invasive procedures
- Familiarity with Cerner and Merge charting systems
- Ability to assist clinicians during high-acuity cases and maintain composure on call
