Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical confidence
- Deliver safe, evidence-based interventions in a Trauma Level III ICU setting
- Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license valid for New Hampshire (Compact allowed)
- Minimum 2 years of current ICU nursing experience (required)
- Active American Heart Association BLS (required)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS (required)
- Active American Heart Association PALS (required)
- TNCC preferred
- Completed ICU skills checklist (required) and license verification at time of submission
- One supervisory signed reference from within the past year (required)
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility (NO LOCALS)
Education
- Active RN license required (degree not specified in posting)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical care and ICU nursing skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR for charting and documentation
- Comfort caring for pediatric through geriatric patients
- Familiarity with Trauma Level III protocols and acute care workflows
- Ability to thrive on 12-hour night shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
