Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical confidence
• Deliver safe, evidence-based interventions in a Trauma Level III ICU setting
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture and patient safety

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for New Hampshire (Compact allowed)
• Minimum 2 years of current ICU nursing experience (required)
• Active American Heart Association BLS (required)
• Active American Heart Association ACLS (required)
• Active American Heart Association PALS (required)
• TNCC preferred
• Completed ICU skills checklist (required) and license verification at time of submission
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past year (required)
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility (NO LOCALS)

Education

• Active RN license required (degree not specified in posting)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical care and ICU nursing skills
• Experience with Cerner EMR for charting and documentation
• Comfort caring for pediatric through geriatric patients
• Familiarity with Trauma Level III protocols and acute care workflows
• Ability to thrive on 12-hour night shifts and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
