Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled patient treatment and interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist
- Implement selected components of treatment plans and obtain objective data on patient progress
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely
- Modify interventions as directed by the physical therapist to progress care or ensure safety
- Operate and maintain rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Support supervision and management tasks as assigned by the Rehabilitation Manager
- Deliver compassionate care across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required)
- Currently credentialed by the Colorado State Physical Therapy Board (DORA) — verification required
- Current BLS certification (verification card required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience — inpatient experience is a MUST; outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients of all ages
- Bi-lingual capabilities are a helpful plus
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient treatment and intervention techniques across the lifespan
- Accurate documentation and data collection to support clinical decisions
- Ability to modify interventions per PT direction while maintaining safety
- Comfort operating a range of rehabilitation equipment
- Supervision and basic management skills for team collaboration
- Infection control awareness and ability to work in varied clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team communication
