Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care to patients in a four-bed open ICU using AACN standards
• Coordinate patient care across the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication
• Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry and other vital data to guide timely interventions
• Adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with compassion
• Document care accurately and thoroughly to support continuity and quality improvement
• Participate in onboarding and credentialing processes to maintain unit readiness and patient safety

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in required jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Critical care nursing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry
• Comfort working night shifts and in a small, collaborative ICU environment
• Must be able to start on 2026-02-11 and upload required credentials three business days prior to start
