Shift Type: 3x 12-hour nights per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift; specific days vary and will be determined by facility schedule)

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality critical care to patients in a four-bed open ICU using AACN standards
- Coordinate patient care across the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication
- Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry and other vital data to guide timely interventions
- Adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with compassion
- Document care accurately and thoroughly to support continuity and quality improvement
- Participate in onboarding and credentialing processes to maintain unit readiness and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in required jurisdiction
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Critical care nursing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry
- Comfort working night shifts and in a small, collaborative ICU environment
- Must be able to start on 2026-02-11 and upload required credentials three business days prior to start
