Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support non-clinical operations to keep the unit running smoothly
- Manage administrative tasks such as registration, scheduling, and patient flow support
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for patients, visitors, and internal teams
- Assist with data entry, record management, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Support compliance efforts by following hospital policies and maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or hospital non-clinical roles is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with patients and staff
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Comfortable working onsite at the assigned medical center in Austin
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and basic data entry best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient-centered service
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, MS Office)
