Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans that promote independence
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and functional mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support safe, effective patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, exercises, and adaptive techniques to empower recovery
- Document clinical findings and progress accurately and timely to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills to drive patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable with timely and accurate documentation practices
