Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy treatments tailored to each patient’s needs
- Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using Cerner EMR
- Support community outreach by assisting with in-services and the Community Health Program
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Work independently in a Critical Access Hospital setting, taking ownership of your caseload
Qualifications
- Current Vermont Occupational Therapy license (must be uploaded with profile)
- Minimum 2+ years of recent inpatient/acute Occupational Therapy experience
- Active American Heart Association BLS (AHA) certification
- Cerner EMR experience (required)
- Experience in a Critical Access Hospital (required)
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license — this is a firm requirement for this small community
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Travel experience preferred; travel pairs will not be considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in OT treatments and patient evaluation best practices
- Strong documentation and records management skills
- Familiarity with community health programming and in-service delivery
- Comfortable using Cerner EMR for clinical documentation
- Able to adapt to a small community hospital environment and collaborate across teams
- Good time management, autonomy, and strong communication with patients and staff
