Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform routine patient assessments and communicate changes promptly
• Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered goals
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license (eligible to work in Pennsylvania)
• Comfortable working in an acute/long-term care setting (LPN or RN scope as assigned)
• Valid basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or required by facility
• Professional, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Previous clinical experience preferred; new grads with appropriate licensure may be considered

Education

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program or equivalent vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of nursing care including medication administration and vital signs
• Basic wound care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting practices
• Ability to work effectively within a care team and follow care plans
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical environment
