Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN, keeping dignity and comfort front and center
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document administration per facility policy
- Monitor and record patient status, reporting changes promptly to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, clinicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Assist with activities of daily living and support patient mobility and safety
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and help ensure compliance with facility standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classification as listed
- Must be local-only and available for the biweekly schedule provided
- Current, valid LPN license appropriate for practice in the facility’s state
- Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and basic clinical assessments
- Knowledge of charting and electronic health records
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with patients and interdisciplinary staff
- Time management and prioritization during longer day shifts
- Basic infection control and patient safety practices
