Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead daily OR operations to keep rooms turning smoothly and on schedule
• Coordinate front desk activities and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Supervise and mentor OR team members, fostering a collaborative environment
• Work with the OR manager to implement efficiency initiatives and throughput improvements
• Manage shift scheduling and staff coverage to maintain consistent service levels
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary to maintain safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR management or OR operations experience
• Previous OR front desk management experience is required
• Proven familiarity with room turnover processes and throughput optimization
• Experience assisting with OR efficiency processes and working with OR leadership
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage shift scheduling
• Willingness to work day shifts and some evening coverage as needed
