Shift Type: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, typically 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating schedule that may include weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality resident care
- Provide rehabilitative and restorative nursing interventions tailored to each resident
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to follow federal, state, and local guidelines
- Oversee and mentor nursing support staff during your tour of duty
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Colorado (required)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- Current BLS certification (required)
- IV certification preferred for LPNs
- Training or experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Education
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent
- State LPN license (Colorado) required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in long-term care and skilled nursing practices
- Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing techniques
- Medication administration and nursing documentation
- Basic life support and emergency response skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Clear communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care approach
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory standards
