Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents as an LPN or RN
• Perform thorough assessments and report changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient's record
• Support patients and families with education and emotional support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (LPN candidates considered where applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Comfortable working overnight hours and managing a full patient assignment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a close-knit care team
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or med-surg settings is a plus

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN ADN/BSN as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and documentation practices
• Familiarity with infection control and patient safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced overnight environment
• Compassionate bedside manner and family-centered communication
