Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; 40 hours/week (may include every-other-weekend; OT not guaranteed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
- Perform assessments and communicate patient status effectively to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — travel credentialing preferred
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent (if required by facility)
- Comfort with travel assignments and adapting to new facility protocols
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Resident assessment, vital signs, and charting
- Infection control and safety procedures
- Care plan implementation and interdisciplinary communication
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
