Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor residents with respect and dignity
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
- Assess and record vital signs, changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly
- Support rehabilitative care and help implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain clear, timely charting and follow facility policies for safety and infection control
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning when needed
- Mentor and support nursing assistants and new team members during shifts
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts required (RN considered where applicable)
- Active BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Comfort with long-term care or rehabilitation populations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Valid, up-to-date immunizations and background checks per facility policy
Education
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN) or registered nursing program (RN)
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Wound care basics and pressure injury prevention
- Skilled in resident assessment, ADL support, and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
- Ability to prioritize, triage, and escalate changes in patient condition
- Professional bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
