Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (specific days to be confirmed with facility)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document vital signs, condition changes, and care provided in the patient record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support rehabilitation goals by assisting with mobility, ADLs, and therapeutic activities
- Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and safety
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience or interest in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background/credentialing checks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and safe nursing practice
- Clinical assessment and basic wound care knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident- and family-centered care
- Basic rehab support and assistance with activities of daily living
