Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, fluency and communication needs for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Deliver in-person therapy sessions across a K-8 caseload of ~40–60 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation and communicate results clearly
- Provide consultative support to classroom staff to encourage carryover of skills
- Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings and school activities to advocate for students
Qualifications
- Active Colorado SLP license (required)
- ASHA CCCs (required)
- Comfort managing a K-8 school caseload of approximately 40–60 students
- Ability to provide in-person services at the Grandview Mountain School
- Strong communication skills for working with families, teachers and school teams
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (typical for ASHA CCCs)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in pediatric speech-language assessment and intervention for K-8 students
- Experience with caseload management, progress monitoring and documentation
- Strong collaboration and consultative skills within a school setting
- Ability to create evidence-based, individualized therapy plans
