Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in the Uptown Health/Rehab area
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with the rehab and multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and communications
• Assist with rehabilitation activities and support patients through daily routines
• Support a positive patient experience by communicating respectfully with patients and families

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (per job class) valid for practice in New Mexico
• Comfortable working the posted day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
• Available and eligible for travel/contract assignments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to integrate with the rehab team

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical patient care fundamentals for LPN or RN scope of practice
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Basic assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to support rehabilitation-focused care
• Clear, professional communication with patients and team members
• Adaptability to fast-paced and changing clinical environments
