Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on outpatient treatment focused on meaningful functional gains
- Document patient progress thoroughly and efficiently to support outcomes and continuity of care
- Supervise and mentor PTAs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and co-treat when clinically indicated
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust plans to optimize progress
- Practice with professionalism and pursue continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Pediatric experience required (explicit requirement in job posting)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy and working with neuro populations
- Proven ability to complete evaluations, provide treatments, and supervise PTA support
- Strong documentation skills and a focus on measurable patient outcomes
- Excellent time management, customer service, and teamwork abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric care and outpatient physical therapy expertise
- Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
- Clinical documentation and outcome tracking
- Supervision of PTAs and support staff
- Experience with neuro population care and co-treatment approaches
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
