Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour day shifts (4 days/week; exact start time varies), plus on-call 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM (rotating weekends and holidays). Call requirement: 14 days in a 6-week period. Position averages 40 hours/week.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, compassionate nursing care in a busy cath lab environment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Prepare patients and assist the cardiovascular team during angioplasty, TAVR, Watchman, peripheral vascular and EP procedures
- Operate and manage EPIC and MERGE systems for accurate documentation and imaging integration
- Respond to on-call activations (3:30 PM - 7:00 AM) quickly and professionally during assigned call days
- Collaborate with physicians, techs and multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes in structural heart cases
- Maintain required competencies through Prime exams, skills checklists and continuous education
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys verification required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- DCI/BVP certification as required by the unit
- Experience in Cath Lab nursing with cardiac catheterization and structural heart procedures (TAVR, Watchman) preferred
- Hands-on experience with EP procedures and peripheral vascular interventions
- Familiarity with EPIC and MERGE electronic systems
- Ability to work rotating weekends, holidays and fulfill 14 days of call within each 6-week period
Education
- Active RN license (Nursys verification). Degree not specified in job data.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in cardiac cath lab workflows and sterile technique
- Skilled in patient monitoring, hemodynamic assessment and procedural support
- Comfortable managing high-acuity patients during complex structural heart and EP cases
- Strong documentation skills within EPIC and imaging merge platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced procedural settings
- Able to adapt to variable case lengths and extended hours when needed
