Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the interdisciplinary team
• Support patient hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living with dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver safe, efficient care
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — required
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred where applicable
• Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred; travel LPN experience is a plus
• Ability to work the scheduled 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Valid authorization to work in the United States

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong medication administration and basic nursing procedure skills
• Comfortable with patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Clear, professional documentation and charting habits
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to unit workflows and support continuity of care
