Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour nights); schedule includes every other weekend; night clinical role (NOC)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on an inpatient rehab unit focused on recovery and function
- Administer and manage IV therapy and medication safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support interdisciplinary care plans
- Perform thorough assessments, document care in Meditech, and communicate changes in condition
- Use and manage specialized equipment such as mechanical lifts, Baxter and Kangaroo pumps
- Support wound care, stroke and TBI recovery plans when applicable
- Maintain patient safety and adherence to unit policies while serving as a reliable night-shift resource
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (eligible to work in New Hampshire) required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; Rehab or Med Surg experience strongly preferred
- IV experience required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
- Comfort working with lifts and pumps; wound care, stroke, or TBI experience is a plus
- Flexible, kind, and thorough approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Inpatient rehab clinical knowledge and med-surg fundamentals
- IV therapy and medication administration skills
- Wound care fundamentals and post-stroke/TBI nursing care
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Meditech documentation
- Safe use of mechanical lifts and familiarity with Baxter and Kangaroo pumps
- Ability to prioritize, triage, and communicate during busy night shifts
