Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic imaging for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient patients
• Operate imaging equipment safely and confidently while following radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with ED and inpatient care teams to prioritize urgent studies and support patient flow
• Ensure accurate patient identification, documentation, and image labeling in the electronic record
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, report malfunctions, and participate in routine QC checks
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing as required
• Adhere to all infection control and employer health requirements to keep patients and staff safe

Qualifications

• Current Rad Tech certification/registry and License/Certificate Verification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Required immunizations and health screenings: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, fit test, physical/health statement, and Trinity drug screen
• Comfortable supporting Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient imaging settings
• Ability to work the specified rotating 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient positioning and image acquisition skills
• Knowledge of digital radiography and image quality principles
• Understanding of radiation safety and regulatory compliance
• Proficient documentation skills in electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced clinical settings
• Ability to prioritize urgent imaging needs and manage multiple tasks
