Shift Type: Night shifts — 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week with on-call responsibilities (nights, on-call)

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels
- Manage mechanical ventilation, ventilator adjustments, and weaning protocols with strong clinical judgment
- Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory support in a Level 2 NICU setting
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and on-call situations promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Perform and interpret cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to safety and infection-control practices, and ensure equipment readiness
Qualifications
- NBRC RRT required (CRT candidates cannot be considered)
- Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA) in good standing
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program as required for licensure
- Strong critical care and ventilator management experience
- Neonatal and pediatric respiratory experience, including Level 2 NICU experience
- Requested with submission: skill sheet, resume, NBRC RRT certification, Colorado RT license, AHA certifications
Education
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program (as required for licensure)

- Mechanical ventilation and ventilator management

- Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care in Level 2 NICU
- Cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures and interpretation
- Airway management, ABG analysis, and emergency response
- Clear clinical communication and interdisciplinary teamwork
