Shift Type: 3x12-hour day shifts per week, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM; days vary and may include weekends (day shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert nursing care to geriatric and inpatient rehab (swing bed) patients
- Perform advanced wound care interventions and monitor healing progress
- Monitor telemetry and respond to cardiac changes with timely interventions
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Cerner
- Perform minor procedures on the unit safely and following policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain patient safety and high quality standards while delivering concierge-level service
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience (telemetry, acute care, or inpatient rehab preferred)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
- Proven experience with wound care and minor procedures
- Comfortable working with Cerner or similar EMR systems
- Ability to work a 3x12 schedule and provide high-quality care in a small-unit setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Geriatric care and inpatient rehab (swing bed) experience
- Advanced wound assessment and treatment skills
- Proficient use of Cerner for clinical documentation
- Excellent clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and communication
- Ability to manage patient assignments with limited tech/secretary support
- Familiarity with standard med/surg equipment and unit workflows
