Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate GE Revolution and legacy GE CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Provide compassionate patient care and ensure patient safety during CT procedures
- Use EPIC software for accurate order entry, documentation, and results management
- Triage and perform emergent imaging for Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn patients with calm efficiency
- Coordinate with inpatient and neuro floor teams to manage scanning priorities and overnight coverage
- Maintain equipment and follow infection control, radiation safety, and departmental protocols
- Communicate findings and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Proven ability to operate GE Revolution and older GE CT platform scanners
- Comfortable working with EPIC computer software
- Experience or familiarity with Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn imaging workflows
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient and emergency environment
- Willingness to work scheduled Saturday-Monday shifts, 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM

- CT imaging techniques and protocols
- Operation and troubleshooting of GE CT scanner platforms
- Patient positioning, radiation safety, and contrast administration basics
- Emergency imaging for trauma, stroke, and burn cases
- Inpatient and neuro floor workflow coordination
- Proficiency with EPIC for imaging orders and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
