Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to meet patient needs
• Provide clear, compassionate patient counseling on medication use and safety
• Administer vaccinations and maintain proper documentation for immunizations
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Manage inventory and medication stock to support uninterrupted patient care
• Collaborate with retail team members to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Support quality assurance initiatives and pharmacy workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing (required)
• Vaccination certification required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of current retail-based pharmacist experience (required)
• Comfortable working varied and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of prescription dispensing procedures and medication safety
• Skilled in patient counseling and clear communication
• Familiarity with vaccination administration and documentation
• Experience with retail pharmacy workflows and customer service
• Comfortable using pharmacy management systems (RX30 experience preferred)
• Understanding of state pharmacy laws and HIPAA compliance
