Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients thoroughly to determine baselines, impairments, and functional goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs using therapeutic modalities
- Deliver hands-on and evidence-based interventions to restore strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and self-management strategies
- Ensure compliance with the State Practice Act and clinic policies to maintain safe, ethical care
Qualifications
- Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
- Ability to evaluate and develop treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Comfortable working full-time day schedule and providing patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients and the care team
- Commitment to practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act
