Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care within scope of practice and hospital policies
- Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse to ensure safe, effective shift staffing and patient assignments
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans
- Document care accurately and timely in the medical record to maintain continuity and quality
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered care
- Participate in shift handoffs and unit quality improvement activities to promote excellence in outcomes
- Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to Covenant Health mission and core values while delivering care
Qualifications
- Current Maine RN license required
- BLS required; ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- Telemetry experience preferred
- MOAB or CPI certifications preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and a team-player attitude
- Comfort working 12-hour night shifts and adapting to flexible scheduling as needed
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
