Shift Type: Day shifts, 4x10 schedule (4 days/week, days vary), 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Day shift; weekend call 1/month plus 7 weekdays call coverage for Cath

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and support diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and EP procedures with precision and calm
- Prepare procedural rooms and equipment, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety
- Operate and document procedures in MacLab accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and techs during device implants, ablations and Watchman/LAAO cases
- Provide clear patient education and post-procedure monitoring to support optimal outcomes
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled and respond professionally to emergent Cath needs
Qualifications
- Current ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required
- ARRT or RCIS certification with RTR license required
- Minimum 2 years of Cath/EP lab experience
- Proven proficiency with Cath/EP procedures including diagnostic cath, PCI, EP studies, ablation and device implants
- Familiarity with MacLab documentation system
- Comfortable functioning independently in a fast-paced CV services environment
- Willingness to provide weekend and weekday call coverage per unit requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab workflows and equipment
- Skilled in Cath/EP procedures: diagnostic cath, PCI, EP studies, ablations, device implants, Watchman/LAAO
- Experience with MacLab documentation and procedural record keeping
- Ability to manage 1:1 patient monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making
- Excellent teamwork, communication and procedural support skills
- Adaptability to travel assignments and varied site protocols
