Shift Type: Per Diem (flexible days), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (evening)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while preserving dignity
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and coworkers to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in care planning and follow care plans and physician orders
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control policies
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Class: CNA) required
- Active CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to pass required background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable with resident personal care and mobility assistance
- Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, observing and reporting changes
- Familiarity with charting and documentation best practices
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
