Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day); some scheduled Saturday cases; Night coverage is on-call as needed (at least 12 on-call shifts/month)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with interventional cardiology procedures (PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI) to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Operate and maintain cath lab imaging equipment (Philips and Siemens) during cases
- Prepare and manage imaging systems for panning x-ray table procedures as required by RCIS standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure smooth case flow and positive patient outcomes
- Document procedural details accurately in the EMR (Meditech, MacLab) and maintain clear communication with peri-procedural staff
- Support patient education and pre/post-procedure care, helping patients feel informed and comfortable
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior staff, contributing to a positive learning environment
Qualifications
- RCIS certification required (panning x-ray table experience preferred)
- ARRT certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of interventional cath lab experience (preferred experience with EP, neuro, IR cases)
- Comfortable using Philips and Siemens cath lab systems and documenting in Meditech or MacLab
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to mentor junior staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven skills in interventional cardiology procedures (PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI)
- Familiarity with cath lab workflows and sterile technique
- Competence operating Philips and Siemens imaging equipment
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically Meditech and MacLab
- Ability to perform under pressure and support complex procedural teams
- Good patient-focused communication and documentation skills
