Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform routine observations and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Assist with meals, grooming, hygiene, and maintaining a dignified environment
- Document care accurately and follow facility policies and care plans
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- GNA certification or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working with geriatric populations and supporting ADLs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience a plus but not required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized GNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic resident care principles and infection control
- Ability to follow care plans and chart accurately
- Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
