Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic X-ray examinations accurately and compassionately
• Position and prepare patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate radiography equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate patient records and document images in EPIC
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and department protocols
• Communicate findings and collaborate with radiologists and the care team
• Provide culturally sensitive care, including support for Spanish-speaking patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT (R) certification OR current Limited Scope Operator (LSO) registration in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Experience with radiographic exams; additional imaging modalities preferred
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

• Radiologic X-ray examinations and patient positioning
• Radiation safety and infection control best practices
• Image acquisition, quality control, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to rotating schedules and a busy clinical environment
• Basic Life Support skills
