Shift Type: Per Diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during assigned shifts
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition clearly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely, following policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments and discharge plans
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies with calm, decisive action
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or specialty certifications encouraged
- Comfort with acute care nursing and ability to manage multiple patients safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy
- Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills for patient and team communication
