Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and report clinical changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Document care thoroughly and maintain clear communication in the patient chart
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop and follow care plans
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to support recovery
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies with calm, competent action
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license (eligible to practice in Pennsylvania preferred)
- Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS as required by unit policies
- Comfortable working evening/PM shifts and adapting to per diem schedules
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Professional, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, LPN diploma, or BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and monitoring of adult patients
- Medication administration and basic IV experience
- Accurate, timely electronic charting and documentation
- Ability to prioritize and triage in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and patients
