Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform MRI and MRA procedures accurately and efficiently to support patient diagnosis
- Operate and troubleshoot PACS and RIS systems to ensure timely image access and reporting
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout imaging exams
- Maintain image quality and proper patient positioning for optimal diagnostic results
- Follow safety protocols, infection control and contrast administration guidelines as required
- Document procedures, patient records and imaging workflow in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists and multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Arizona State Radiology License (required)
- ARRT RT(R) and ARRT MR certifications (required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI procedural experience
- Experience working with PACS and RIS systems, and comfortable using email/general computer programs
- Comfortable working weekend/rotation schedule (Saturday, Sunday and Monday 13-hour shifts)
Education
- Completion of radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of MRI and MRA procedures and protocols
- Proficient with PACS and RIS imaging systems and image handling
- Good patient positioning and image optimization techniques
- Solid understanding of MRI safety practices and contrast considerations
- Effective communication and patient care skills, especially in diverse cultural settings
- Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, radiology software)
