Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility support while prioritizing dignity and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations accurately
- Follow care plans and communicate changes promptly to the nursing team
- Support mealtime and basic nutritional needs while respecting resident preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required (New Hampshire; ability to obtain VT credential if covering Vermont shifts)
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working night shifts and supporting a variety of resident needs
- Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and the care team
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident safety
- Basic charting and documentation skills
